Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of many pooja items — this is part of their charm, not a defect.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. In the rare case a product is mispriced due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel that order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Payments

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery where available. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways — VYEDI does not store your full card details on our servers.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Full details, rates and estimated timelines are available on our Shipping page.

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Personalized services such as Kundali and Janam Patrika are not eligible for return once prepared. Full policy details are available on our Returns & Refunds page.

Kundali & Astrology Services

Our Kundali and Janam Patrika services are prepared based on the birth date, time and location you provide. Accuracy of the final chart depends entirely on the accuracy of the details submitted — please double-check them before confirming your request.

These services are offered for informational, cultural and spiritual guidance purposes. VYEDI does not guarantee specific life outcomes, and astrological readings should not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
