Idols, diyas and glass items are individually wrapped, cushioned with recyclable padding, and boxed with extra corner protection — the same way we'd want a gift for our own family to arrive.
Malas and smaller items travel in sealed pouches to keep them free of dust and moisture, and every havan samagri order is heat-sealed to preserve freshness during transit.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also check live status anytime from "My Orders" in your account.

Most orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24 hours of being placed, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll update it. Once it's out for delivery, the address can't be changed.
Our courier partner usually attempts delivery up to three times before returning the package to us. You'll get a notification before each attempt.
